Wouldn’t it go great with a Schwinn Fastback Stingray with banana seat, chopper handlebars and gear shift? (Uh, no Sissy Bar.) Sweet! Mine is easy: a yellow Schwinn Stingray bike with a white banana seat that Santa brought me in 1971 at age 7. Streaks boys basketball coach Mike Reynolds: I remember when our family got a VCR but my favorite present ever was tickets to a Vikings playoff game. Of course there were dozens of others that rank as close seconds, including a base unit CB radio, a Panasonic portable 8-track player, a cassette player and some really cool train sets. They were white leather Converse with Tar Heels blue accenting, and I checked them out for weeks leading up to Christmas while they were on display in the sporting goods department at Bergner's. I was so proud to wear them to Churchill Blue Streaks basketball practice the day after Christmas. Streaks girls basketball coach Evan Massey: A toboggan -- we had a huge hill right out the back door. And I'll always remember my first pair of leather basketball shoes I received when I was in the 8th grade.
