Well one key spec is missing - image size of the bike. Without knowing the size it is impossible to determine whether it would fit.

Which of these bikes are good for just exercising on concrete and dirt trails?
I do not want to spend lots of money for some high-end racing or mountain biking. I just want a reliable bike to use for the exercise on flat trails.

These are bikes to Walmart and not worth the purchase. Go to the local bike shop and look at comfort or comfort bike instead.
