Schwinn Chopper Bike

WHAT do daughters of Russian billionaires and Williamsburg scenesters have in sartorial common? Curiously, a penchant for overalls. On the February cover of Russian Vogue, a tousled blonde wears Ralph Lauren ’s bibbed denim version, neo-hippie accessorized with a gold woven bustier, a low-slung fringed belt and skin-baring provocative side curve.

A few weeks ago, during an early spring thaw, a more humble recycled denim version was spotted at McCarren Park in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. A man sported the look (ironic? postironic?) with a lion-worthy Afro, white T-shirt and Ray-Bans; a young woman on an antique Schwinn wore her version rolled up. Honorable mention of this week in overalls goes to the in-the-doghouse-husband Jesse James, who wore overalls in a perp walk from his home to work at his West Coast Choppers bike shop.

Here it is, Karen’s Nutcase helmet, called Star Bright. This pattern was so mod back in the 50’s. She’s quite excited to wear it. My new helmet is called Fly Boy . Wouldn’t it go great with a Schwinn Fastback Stingray with banana seat, chopper handlebars and gear shift? (Uh, no Sissy Bar.) Sweet! At my age, I’m relegated to a Schwinn Twinn tandem bike…but no complaints, really honey!

I need to know that I can not get this response from associates to my local Wal-Mart where the bicycle was purchased. Someone had stolen the valve covers dice motorcycle for my son.

I do not understand your question ... You need the value of the bike because the valve caps were stolen?

I would just go to eBay and see what bikes are comparable for sale. This should give you an idea of the value of the motorcycle market.
