Personally I would not recommend either one....!

Take a look at the Forge bikes from Target, they are much better in quality then the Schwinns.

I am unable to read whats on the tire,, they are old. but still hold air.

It should be on the side of the tires.

32 psi.

I do not know can be difficult to till and tires do not too much.
