A bike-friendlier future? Brunswick leaders eye options, preferences
A bike-friendlier future? Brunswick leaders eye options, preferences By Brian Lisik January 21, 2010, 4:06PM
BRUNSWICK Bicycle enthusiasts in town may have a few more amenities available to them in the future. For the moment, however, the city is far from a bike rider’s paradise.
These were the latest findings of an ongoing, City-Council commissioned “Bicycle Master Plan” study by Stow-based traffic engineering firm TMS Engineers, Inc.
South Coast Semi-Circles
Friday 8/17 (Dick) In this blog I’ll cover the our adventures from Monday evening 8/17 when we blogged at the library in New Buffalo, Michigan, through our evening in Wilmette, Illinois, Friday 8/21. Why the geometric title? Overall this segment covered a large semi-circle around the bottom of Lake Michigan, and it also included a smaller semi-circle away from the lake to bypass Gary, Indiana. At last notice we were anticipating a “local color” dinner at Redamak’s, whose burgers “made New Buffalo famous,” followed by a tenting night at Judy’s Motel and Campground just west of town. We found Redamak’s, but when we couldn’t specify medium rare for the burgers, we chose other fare and found the food and portions disappointing. Judy’s was a bit disappointing too; old facilities and we were the only tenters in sight and onsite. But the showers were warm and we felt good about our progress for the day, especially having unexpectedly caught up on the blog.
I bought a FELT F5C Road Bike, How can i use the speeds?
I have two controls for speed, one on one side, one of which is to decrease and that there is increasing??, I do nothings bike, I'm just starting in this sport.

Although I agree with the last answer, is this a joke? You bought a $ 2,000 bike and you do not know how to shift gears? Did you buy it at a bike shop?

Press the brake lever on the side.

I assume you mean the levers front and rear derailleur. A shifter is for the front derailleur, it is at the rear.
Are FELT road bikes a good bike to buy at entry level??
I'm looking at a 2008 Felt FW40 and it seems very nice. I sat on him and he felt good. im wondering why they use a 3-pc crank and Tiagra parts with parts sora?
it is done cheaply?

Felt makes a very nice bike for years. All bikes have a 3-piece crank.
