They can fix you up at the local bike shop. You want a women's specific bike. Measure you inseam and multiply that X .65 to get the proper frame size.

best is to go to your local bike shop and have you measured that way there will not second guess or guess.

I'm looking for a nice quality mountain bike. I want something lightweight and am not sure if I need a womens bike or if it matters that much? I am happy to buy used if it's a good brand and under $1000.
