His Lordship has just returned from his Summer recess and on his return discovered a most excellent resource.

Former welder, Lee Southern has turned his back on a twenty year welding career to setup the ‘BMX Box’. Lee said that “My previous job took me all over Europe, but after 20 years I had just had enough. I decided it was time to focus my attention on something I enjoy, and for me enjoyment means biking.”

3 months in and sales have exceeded all expectations so well done to Lee.

“He finished eighth in the national series, so to finish second at the British Championships out of a field of 64 riders is massive, and we’re absolutely thrilled. A YOUNG Wigan sportsman is riding high after getting the perfect birthday present at the BMX British Championships. We travel all over the country watching him race, and all five of us went down to the British Championships, even the baby. The result marked the perfect end to the season for the Hawkley Hall racer, who moved up an age group class at the beginning of the season. Harvey Howard took second place in the prestigious race, held at Cheddar Gorge in Somerset, just two days after his ninth birthday. Harvey, who attends Marus Bridge Primary School, was urged on his way to the finishing line by proud parents Lindsey, 35, and Darren, 39, and by his sisters Elle, 13, and Lily, two.
