Man Exposes Himself on GW Campus While Biking
Word from the George Washington Police Department has it that a man on a mountain bike exposed his genitals to groups of women around campus on two occasions this week: once near Lerner Health and Wellness and then again by Philip Amsterdam Hall. In this snow, it's difficult to imagine anyone voluntarily exposing his skin to the elements, but frankly, it's hard to conceive this operation under
Don't drive - walk, bike or ride your horse to school/work!

Today was my second day of experiencing the wonders of all 40,000 something students in full action here at Florida State University. Which if you think that's a lot - look what this place looks like on game day.So after going to two parking garages, a parking lot or two, and then finally I found a spot that was probably big enough for a smart car, but I somehow fit my 1986 El Camino into that spot - and then I was 30 minutes late for work - NOT A GOOD START!
So it got me thinking, especially if it is going to be this nice all the time down here that I should probably look into alternative forms of transportation - mostly, I need to get a bike. (Or maybe I should get over my irrational fear of horses and ride a stallion to school like Chief Osceola...but then again, Superman was taken down by a horse so I'm gonna stick to the bike idea)
Where can I find a replacement for a rear sprocket for a Schwinn mountain bike that's about 8 yrs.old ?
The bike is a Schwinn frontier. When I try to pedal the back wheel it does not even budge.

Pretty common part called a cassette. Check with your local bike shop, just take the rear wheel. It takes a special tool to remove it.

I am sure any bike shop would be liable to a party that would be useful, if not, Im sure they could order something.

How do I effectively use my 7-speed Schwinn mountain bike?
Danskin triathlon training and I'm struggling to adjust my gears for good up the hill, down and away.

Right side is for the forehead, between your feet.
The left side is for smaller back teeth.
Up Hill is expected to be low at the front and large rear.

ascent - the smallest cog in the larger front back
right / down - gear further forward and the smallest = o to the rear.
