VIRGIN – Theron Jepson took the win for men’s solo at the Frog Hollow mountain bike race Saturday. Following a long career as a paralegal in real estate, business and tax law, as well as prior business ownership, Joyce and her husband Joe established a business in St. George in 2002 and are developing its expansion. Gropromotions , which hosted the race, reported to our reporter, Dallas Hyland, that Jepson completed six laps, 78 miles, in the six-hour course. As a young adult, Joyce helped orchestrate a national trade organization, served as editor of its industry publication, served in youth ministry and pursued her liberal arts education with emphases on Biblical studies, literature, and law. Joyce enjoys hospitality and adventuring the great outdoors, often with a local hiking group she heads up. She currently resides in St. George with her husband and her creatures, Toby The Wonder Dog and Scratch. She is currently the Assistant Editor for St. George News.
