Koo snatches back River Raid Mountain Bike title

DANIEL KOO, 32, riding for Team Trek, has snatched back his crown at the fourth annual River Raid Mountain Bike race at Samaan Park, Chaguaramas.

Last year he was second to Ryan Mendes, who did not compete this year. He was also second to Mendes in 2006 and 2007, but won the title in 2008.

When a triathlete signs up for an Ironman, it takes more than high volume training for 3-4 months. After signing up for a M-dot Ironman, you have a year to prepare yourself and others for the decision you made to train for a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run.
