You can buy kits, but when you pay for those that it works exactly as expensive as buying an electric bike built for this purpose.

An electric bike must have a motor, controller, throttle, and the battery.
Hub motors are the easiest to install.

I am tempted to buy an electric bike, but do not know anyone who has one.
