Mountain Bike Road Tire

Teenager banned from buying bicycle tire repair kit in case he sniffs the glue

He had bought it second-hand from a friend for 150 pounds just a week earlier and suffered a puncture when he rode over a nail on the road.

The cashier refused to sell the kit because the glue stick contained solvents and Daniel was younger than 18 years old.

His father, Simon, offered to pay but the cashier still refused to sell it.

Daniel, from Havant, Hants, said: "My bike is my main mode of transport, so I was really annoyed when I got my puncture.

Barra de Navidad: Tiempo Tranquilo

Barra de Navidad: Tiempo Tranquilo

Everything all the way up to checking out and saying “adios” was pleasant at the Hotel del Centro! Didn’t really matter to me what else they do there to keep the doors open. If I’ve ever in Guadalajara on a budget again, I will definitely be heading right back there. Friendly all the way up to the end and again, soooooo clean!

Might be finally hitting some kind of stride. Getting out of Guadalajara was a snap. I was riding for the first hour or so under storm clouds, but never got rained on and the cuota (toll highway) is a splendid ride on a motorcycle. Easy curves and gorgeous scenery…

My only regret is that I didn’t force myself to stop to take photos of the Colima volcano. It was just too overcast at that part of the route and I have a hard time taking images if I don’t think the light is good enough. If I had it to do again, I would have stopped anyway and made due. Very lovely and stunning landscape that only gets more dramatic as you descend into some canyon region with high bridges over rugged mountain-flanked rivers.

Can I put “Road Bike Tire” in my “21 inch Mountain Bike”?

I have a 21-inch (adult size) Mountain Bike "Mongoose-DXR. (Purchased at Wal-Mart). However, for most I ride on the road, which gives me a lot of resistance because of large tires (26 X 1.

I put slicks on my mountain bike w 21 "/ 26" wheels ranging from a 26X2.1 26X1.5.

If the diamater is the same as it did, but since it is a bit narrower than the wheel is designed for, you might have some problems.

You can edit any bike that you want it. But remember a mountain bike is not meant to be a road bike.

Mountain bike tires to "road tires" size question?

I think to change my bike tires mountain road tires for speed, mainly for casual cycling in the streets.

My current tire size is 26 X 1.

1.5 will be fine.

The closer the better. Make sure the new tires are the following:
- 26 X 1.

1.5 is very good, but a tire without a tread will be an improvement.
