Kevlar Bike Tire

GUELPH — For boys, the purchase of their first jockstrap is a rite of passage akin to the preteen girl’s first training bra fitting, or so I’d assume.

Its acquisition would seemingly bestow upon the young male initiation to a prestigious club. With it he might more formally be regarded as an athlete — a jock — and furthermore, one who has valuable parts that must be protected at all costs.

Early Friday afternoon was absolutely beautiful out, perfect riding weather. After work I quickly changed into some jeans and a t-shirt so I could take the X out for a nice ride up and down Hines. I've been on that road so much this season that I have pretty much every turn memorized. The tube of mud does not work as advertised. I always get flats from thorns.

Kevlar lined tires do help, but notes that they are puncture-resistant, not resistant to puncture.

I ran mud for 4 years and it still works. But I put my own vase in my tubes.

Kind of strange question, but the tire kevlar folding bike or a normal portion of this issue?. I know that the cord will not, but the tread.

Get a tire with Kevlar belt and a kevlar cord. A tread with Kevlar belts should not stretch. Many other synthetic materials will work as well.

I like to visit the amateur sites, there are better solutions, then a bicycle tire.
