Oh its been nearly 2 weeks since I've had a glass of that sweet goodness. I am kinda going through withdrawal.I feel moody, cranky, and irritable. I'm retaining water. I feel puffy and not good about myself. Im really giving it up except for special ocassions, such as birthdays, major holidays, Republican fundraisers, funerals, etc. I just don't know if I can stay on the wagon . Ive been trying to replace my sweet tea with Diet Green TEA. It tastes awful, but it does help fill me up. I did lose 2 lbs this week as well. Not much going on lately. " Friis and his wife are members all three of Redlands' clubs: Team Redlands, Redlands Water Bottle Transit Co. and Ride Yourself Fit. "Our motto is `Fun, fitness and fellowship' - mostly fellowship," said Steve Wilson of Ride Yourself Fit, one of the three clubs that participated in the first All Redlands Ride on Saturday morning. "For Redlands to get bike lanes now, I mean, it's kind of late for how many cyclists we have. "It's a bike parade. Team Redlands has 180 members, and the other two have 240 members each, estimated Lisa Purcell-Rorick, who helped Friis put the festival together, and also rides with all three clubs. Cycling may make people fit, but fitness is incidental for members of Redlands riding clubs. The event, organized by Mark Friis, started with a choice of five rides - which varied in length from 10 to 56 miles, but all started and ended at Sylvan Park - was followed by a lunch party that included a raffle and balloon animals.
