Drivin' N' Cryin' to perform at Handlebar

Drivin' N' Cryin' recently released its first studio album in more than a decade. Amazingly, "The Great American Bubble Factory" packs just as much musical urgency as such band classics as "Fly Me Courageous," "Build a Fire" and "Straight to Hell." Led by Kevn Kinney, who has also made a mark as a talented solo performer, the Georgia-based outfit brings its punk-fueled southern rock sound to The Handlebar in Greenville on Saturday. Also on the bill is the Dan Wilson Band. Show time is 9 p.m.

strengthening the riders’ balance

As an instructor, I was often asked by students what they could do to improve their riding.

The fact of the matter is that many adult riders can’t spend endless hours at the barn and may be battling being out of shape so what can they do other then ride every day, for hours on end, like a teenager? Another issue is the rider who never learned balance to begin with, has poor posture, or doesn’t have access to a lunge horse.

Here is an exercise that I’m using now to improve my own balance – it’s easy and accesible to the average person. You will need access to an elliptical trainer, commonly found at a gym. An elliptical is a low-impact, cardio machine that you use while standing. It may have handles you can use to work your arms (we will not be using these for this exercise) and it should have some sort of stationary handlebar apparatus in front of you at the control panel.

How to hold the handlebar of a bike straight?

I'm learning to ride a bicycle. Although I could not balance and the race, I am not able to hold the right handlebar. It wobbles a bit.

The bike is a natural product Gyro. We must work to make it fail.

Can I change my straight handle bars to drop handlebars?

My road bike came with a straight handlebar, but I wanted to change them to leave the handlebars, then I do that?

Yes.
You just need drop bars with the same diameter as your rod. They usually come in 31 oversized.

Yes.
You'll need to change the brake levers and change the length of brake cable too.

Very easy to understand.

Of course, anything is possible, throwing much money at it. You will need hoods road bike style / levers too.
