I hope everyone learned something at the Elements class on Saturday. It’s very eye-opening once you see your running form on film. Most of us think we’re doing it right, only to find out the opposite is true. Don’t worry, we’ll get plenty of practice in the coming weeks to make sure you are making progress and becoming a more efficient runner. Don’t expect immediate results, it won’t happen overnight. Be encouraged and don’t take my comments as criticism, but rather “positive reinforcement.” I want you guys to start killing your CrossFit workouts when they involve running. It’ll help you set new PRs and help you to improve the other strength elements we are working on in CrossFit. I’d love for us to show up at a 5k in the fall and show the rest of Waco how the CrossFit Endurance team gets after it!

because of the geometry of different images, there is no cookie-cutter approach to this height = this image size.

Depends on your leg and arm length and size of your torso, how you can arch their backs and how experienced you are.
