New bike racks lock out thieves

OU is replacing racks that leave bikes vulnerable to thieves with ones that are designed to be safer and provide more spaces.
The university is spending $18,500 to replace bike racks outside of Monnet Hall ($1,325), Burton Hall ($9,600) and Copeland Hall ($7,575), said Taylor Bitting, vice chairman of the Student Congress Problems and Projects Committee.
The new racks should effectively double the number of bikes that can be locked outside the buildings, he said.

Back in January of this year I broke the frame on one of my bikes and asked for help from readers concerning whether or not it was worth considering a repair job. In the comments on the post those with experience told me it should not be welded, but rather brazed . I'll buy a new mountain bike and I need help on what size bike frame that fits for me. I am 5 feet 6 and 125 pounds. I look at this bike because it supercycle goes to $ 109.99 because it is a great price. It comes in sizes of bike frames 16 inches and 20 inches. I just want to know if 20 inches is too small or perfect size.

Get the 16 inch.
I am 5'6 "too, although I'm 140 pounds.
When I went to get my new mountain bike I thought was most important and best tested 20inch although I was recommended a 16inch.
I was hung like Superman to reach the handlebars, and even with the seat in the lowest score possible, I could not touch the ground. Riding, I could just say it was too large, it seems more difficult to control and when I touched the brakes I felt like I was gunna fly. Plus the fact when I slid off the saddle, the bar hit my crotch. I felt really stupid and riding her bike was fairly large too.
Then I found myself with 16inch and I love it, it fits perfectly and is much easier to handle, much lighter and easier to carry.
