Take a tour in the birthday of mystery that begins at bike shop where he can find one that fits. Having a bike that fits is the most important part of buying a bicycle.
Make sure you have a firm price in mind or you end up spending in May much as you want, though.
Where the Tour ends the mystery is yours!

I'm about 4'11 "and I ride a little. So you boyfriend would probably need a framework of medium size. You can also ask a professional to fit him a bicycle, which could be what he needs . Just find what your boyfriend likes then ask a sales associate at her waist to her. I hope you find the right bike!
