Justice Toal is asking how Greenville is enforcing the smoking ban the high court upheld. The justices and the attorney are discussing whether those bans can be adjudicated in municipal court, either, and considering the idea that maybe they cannot.

Okay, so stiff bars and stem paired up with an aluminum frame. How's that treating me? Honestly a bit rough. I hadn't given my steel raleigh 29er as much credit as it was due. The Rockhopper doesn't have nearly as comfortable of a ride in the rocks. It does put the power down darn snappy though and I do like the more aggressive geometry. Still worlds more compliant than a SC Chameleon in the rough stuff though, so I can't complain too much. I had also taken for granted how lazy the Heckler lets me be. On the hardtail I am reminded quite often to lighten up on the saddle when rolling rocks and roots that I would normally just plow through.

I bought a haro R1 change in a 20 "chassis. When I bought the bike said it was the larger framework they have made to the bike and then I went online and seen they offered a 21.

The R1 has always been available in 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21 "frames. It's the same frame as the R2 and R3. It is a common size distribution Haro.

Hi I'm looking to buy a bike and a bike, I'm looking for a 26in wheel, 21 in the frame, and rest 30 1/2in high. Would this bike work for a man six feet.

I think this bike might be too small for you, not too big, but you have to do audits and metrics, as proper adjustment is important.

Yep, it'll be tight. The frame is big enough tho. You would probably feel better on a frame 19 or 20 inches.
